From a passion for Physics, Chemistry & Maths to shaping lives

Thinksmart is the brainchild of ex-polytechnic lecturers with more than 30 years of combined experience in teaching. Driven by our love for the sciences and maths, as well as a creative teaching method honed over the years of interacting with young people, Thinksmart was born in 2006.

Academic improvement with exam-savvy skills has always been our teaching focus. And, we never lose sight of the importance of moulding students to be critical thinkers and problem solvers – priceless skills that we believe will guide them well throughout life.

Yalin - GCE O'Level Chemistry and Physics

Education/professional background:
- Bachelor of Science, 2nd Upper Honours in Chemistry, National University of Singapore
- More than 20 years of GCE ‘O’ Level Chemistry tutoring experience
- 3 years of enquiry-based teaching experience at a leading tertiary institution
- 12 years of engineering experience in the electronics industry, specialising in systematic experimental design and problem solving

- More than 12 years of GCE ‘O’ level Physics and ‘A’ level Chemistry tutoring experience
- 6 years of enquiry-based teaching experience at a leading tertiary institution
- 4 years of engineering experience in electroplating
